 Who We Are

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and spearhead our efforts in the vibrant Triangle Market of North Carolina. The Triangle Market, encompassing Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill and surrounding areas is a hub of innovation and economic activity, offering tremendous opportunities for growth and expansion.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Triangle Market region. You will leverage your strong networking skills to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Triangle Market region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Triangle Market region and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
