Hardware Sales Manager
 Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 Bonus Benefits Retirement

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IoT Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our direct B2B sales efforts.
Position Overview:
As an IoT Sales Manager with direct B2B sales experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new B2B sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our executive team and work in tandem with our product development and marketing teams to effectively position and sell our IoT solutions to potential customers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IoT technologies, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of successfully selling B2B solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy primarily focused on direct B2B sales.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities through various channels
  • Participate in networking events, industry events, and media.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Create weekly reports to include updated forecasts, pending deals, and new opportunities
  • Regularly update sales forecast 
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in the industry.
Qualifications:
  •  Preferred, but not required: College degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) 
  • Experience in direct B2B sales, preferably in the IoT, wireless, or technology sector
  • Goal oriented willing to strive to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Interest in being part of an international team 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
