**Job Description**
Were looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Ability to establish lasting relationships with customers and carriers to build and maintain a strong book of business
* Prospect for new clients with an ambitiously driven mentality via email, phone, and networking.
* Heavy phone call interaction with industry professionals
* Initiate contact with potential carriers at all levels of management
* Managing time effectively to achieve daily and monthly goals
* Negotiating rates to achieve commission goal
**Qualifications**
* Bachelors degree (preferred)
* High energy, self-motivated, ambitious team players that want to control their own income
* Advanced ability to multi-task
* Impeccable verbal and written skills
* Strong ability to negotiate, motivate, persuade, and influence others
* Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach
* Prior experience in inside or outside sales is beneficial, but not necessary
* Knowledge of various Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel and Word
