RFX is Hiring a Remote b2b Inside Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and targeted prospecting
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
