Description

A Retail Store Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the retail establishment. They are tasked with managing staff, implementing strategies to drive sales, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

Schedule and manage employee shifts.

Sales and Revenue:

Ensure effective merchandising and product displays to drive sales.

Customer Service:

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
