Description

A position is available for an Operations Administrative Coordinator for our Reno warehouse. The ideal candidate will have computer experience, attention to detail, while multi-tasking to meet daily operational deadlines.

Hours for the position: First shift Monday through Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm. Overtime will be required based on business needs.

Operations Administrator Warehouse Job Responsibilities:

1. Print all orders for the facility.
2. Collate and distribute orders to the different teams as needed.
3. Monitor work completion through WMS checks.
4. Triage order issues and work with local IT/WM teams for support.
5. Develop a strong working knowledge of all printers and issues that arise.
6. Ability to resolve issues independently or work with appropriate teams to address.
7. Manifest and Invoice orders for the facility at prescribed intervals.
8. Complete purchase orders for items required for the Operations Department.
9. Work in operations as available to support teams directly: to include picking, packing, kitting, and shipping.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Self-motivated and results oriented focus.
2. Must have professional oral and written communication skills.
3. Strong computer skills, especially using Excel spreadsheets.
4. Ability to multi-task while remaining organized.
5. Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
