Description
Jay Group is now hiring a Sr Administrative Coordinator for its Specialty Packaging team. This position provides clerical support to the department Supervisor and Account Manager.
Schedule: 1st shift. M-F 7am-3:30pm
Job Duties:

• Take daily Spec Pack attendance and report to management
• Prepare batch records and provide to Spec Pack staff
• Do initial review of batch record post-production
• Complete daily and monthly reporting
  • Client-based
  • Internal
    • Production numbers
    • Staffing attendance and fill rates
• Maintain production schedule
• Verify Spec Pack receipts
• Prepare and submit inventory adjustments
• Maintain WM Bill of Materials for kits
• Generate inventory pulls for projects
• Provide back-up support to our Account Manager for Contract Packaging

Qualifications

• Must have professional oral and written communication skills
• Applicants must type a min. of 55 wpm w/99% accuracy. Typing Assessment will be completed
• Strong computer skills, especially using Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to multi-task while remaining organized
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with AS400 or WMS is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment

• Must be able to demonstrate leadership to team members on various projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision while leading a team
• Strong computer skills needed
• Ability to work overtime, especially during the 4th quarter (November December)
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
