About the Role
Does the idea of owning, driving, and executing an end-to-end talent acquisition function at a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization sound like your jam? If so, we have an opportunity with your name written all over it! As Icario’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, your expertise and experience are not only needed, but valued. 
Using your progressive and established talent acquisition skills and experience, you will drive our full cycle recruiting strategy, while also having the opportunity to embed yourself in various Icario talent programs such as our Internship program, Onboarding program, Orientation program, New Hire Buddy program, DEI initiatives, and more! In this role, you will belong to our Talent & Employee Experience team, reporting to our VP of Talent & Employee Experience. 
Why We Need You
  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy and activities such as talent sourcing, resume evaluations, phone screens, talent assessment, interviewing, etc.
  • Collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and Talent team on position descriptions, hiring plan, compensation, and sourcing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion 
  • Create and execute advertising plans for all open positions, assessing the best and most appropriate visibility for all jobs, adjusting advertising plans to accommodate difficult to fill positions
  • Be the driving force for the recruitment process which includes creating interview guides, feedback forms, spearheading interview planning, and debrief sessions
  • Promote and advocate for best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a champion for candidates throughout their journey with Icario
  • Embed Icario's brand, culture, and values throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle
  • Research and experiment with new ways to optimize our processes, practices, and workflow as it relates to the following programs: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Orientation, Internship, and Rewards and Recognition
  • Partner with Marketing on Employer Branding Initiatives, such as managing company profiles, assisting with social media culture content, serving as a brand ambassador at various events (career fairs, industry conferences), and developing a compelling and engaging career site
  • Manage and coordinate corporate Onboarding resources, process, and workflows (such as new hire buddy program and orientations)
  • Manage corporate Internship program
  • Participate and engage in corporate DEI program and initiatives
  • Facilitate Employee Referral program
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting with the ability to implement progressive talent acquisition sources and strategies
  • Experience working within a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization
  • Experience and confidence utilizing ATS (we use Pinpoint!)
  • Proven experience managing and driving top-notch candidate experience that will exemplify Icario’s brand, culture, and values
  • Demonstrated commitment to interweaving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Proactive and creative problem solver with a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to adjust to multiple changing and often competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience driving onboarding, orientation, and internship programs a plus
  • Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent experience
