Essential Job Functions:

• Take full ownership of the Thompson Warehouse operation, including overseeing material handling activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality, and safety.
• Oversee and coordinate receiving duties, order fulfillment, transportation, and other material handling operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a strong commitment to safety.
• Ensure materials/finished goods are safely transported and secured.
• Implement and enforce best practices in warehouse management, including efficient space utilization, proper stock rotation, and effective utilization of material handling equipment.
• Review, analyze, and create reports as needed.

• Maintain strict compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices within the facilities.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Solid understanding of warehouse management principles, including receiving, order fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control.
• Ability to assist in physically loading and unloading trucks.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to balance many projects and operations in a continuously changing environment.
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Preferred
• Willing to work independently with minimal supervision.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full time. 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday (Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed)
