**Description**

Goodway Group is hiring! If you are currently an account executive, inside sales manager, or in channel sales within digital media - particularly the programmatic marketing space, and you are looking for a fully remote opportunity, this role may be for you!

The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for qualifying and closing new business via prospecting, outreach as well as ongoing warm leads from our SDR team and partners.

The Partner Manager will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to help and consult strategy for clients to achieve a range of marketing objectives. In this role, the Partner Manager will maintain and foster a large pipeline of potential business and be responsible for mastery of a leading DSP to lead in platform client demos and strategic business conversations.

**What You Will Do**

You will own the sales process in order to grow a new revenue stream via our new partner channel (The Trade Desk) from initial meeting setup to the sales pitch, to detailed platform demonstration, to MSA signing & initial campaign setup.

You will have an expert level understanding of both The Trade Desk DSP as well as the competitive DSP marketplace. Youll maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant trends in the ad-tech space (identity, attribution, fraud prevention, SPO, etc.)

You will have a team-first mindset first qualifying to make sure bringing on high-quality clients good for Goodway, Partner Program, and our clients, and second, helping find the right home whether Self Service or Goodway Field.

**In addition to handling all inbound sales inquiries sent to us by our partner, you will craft & implement our initial outbound selling strategy:**

* Using a strategic discovery process during the sales cycle you will successfully transition all closed businesses to our dedicated Partner Client Service team with a thorough understanding of all client goals/challenges/KPIs.

* Diligently input and track all sales progress in our CRM system, Salesforce

* Work collectively with our Client Service team and our client team in order to continually improve our lead quality, close & retention rates

* Be a meaningful contributor in building up the culture of our new Partnership division!
