Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary: The Kitchen Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire kitchen operation (staffing, food, safety, sanitation and execution). The work schedule fluctuates based on business need requiring employees to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills: High school diploma or GED, strong leadership skills, multi-tasker, safety-minded, team player.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

Our pay range for the Kitchen Manager position in the Los Angeles area is $25.50/hr - $27.50/hr, depending on experience. Quarterly bonuses are available as well!
