The ideal candidate will be a key player in cultivating a positive workplace culture and promoting team member engagement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection
    • Actively promote and uphold Pneu-Dart’s employment brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
    • Develop and sustain networking relationships with community
    • Identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies using the latest tools and platforms to reach potential candidates.
    • Implement selection processes that effectively match candidates with the necessary skills and cultural alignment to thrive within our teams.
    • Engage with local educational resources on an ongoing
  • Orientation & Onboarding
    • Ensure timely and thorough orientation for new team members, introducing them to Pneu-Dart’s core values, processes, and operations.
    • Execute and manage an engaging onboarding program that accelerates Team Members performance and integration during their first 90 days of employment.
  • Culture & Team Member Retention
    • Create and implement initiatives that reinforce Pneu-Dart’s values and operational practices, enhancing organizational cohesion and integrity.
    • Develop mechanisms for collecting and analyzing feedback from Team Members to continuously improve the workplace environment.
    • Serve as a coach and advisor to management and staff on best practices for addressing workplace challenges and enhancing Team Member satisfaction.
