Our lean manufacturing client is searching for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Manager to expedite processes and workflows for a fast paced Shipping and Receiving Department in the Tulsa area. Ideal candidates will have experience partnering with Logistics leadership to manage materials, implement efficiencies and policies, and coordinate activities for large shipping and receiving departments.

The Shipping and Receiving Manager will oversee department activities through conducting performance reviews, coaching, and weekly safety meetings to ensure company and quality standards are met. Strong ability to increase the efficiency of workers, keep inventory at optimal levels, ensure delivery times are met, and assign duties are needed in this role.

Requirements for the Shipping and Receiving Manager:

• 5 Years overseeing warehouse Shipping and Receiving responsibilities for industrial manufacturing environments
• Strong experience with inventory management, quality assurance, and exceeding delivery expectations
• Leadership background assigning work loads and budgeting headcount for projects, team coaching and problem resolution, and monitoring the quality of work of others is needed
• Expertise managing materials, exceeding inventory turns and goals, and working with suppliers
• Background planning, scheduling, and coordinating Shipping and Receiving responsibilities to fulfill sales orders and meet delivery dates.
