We are seeking a full-time Warehouse and Logistics Manager and to join our shipping department and control our logistics and supply chain efforts. Priority will be to ensure a timely and cost-effective delivery of product to our customers. Our ideal candidate is both a leader, and an executor with a roll-up your sleeves attitude and a passion for negotiation. Success in this role requires expertise in freight, warehousing and fulfillment, and an eye for optimization and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

-Manage warehouse functionality and oversee third-party fulfillment operations
-Maintain accurate physical inventory counts (98% accuracy) and actively investigate and resolve any discrepancies
-Identify, evaluate and negotiate with key logistics partners to lower costs and increase efficiencies
-Develop and execute a logistics business plan; own the logistics budget
-Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
-Analyze data with respect to supply chain issues, report on KPIs to management
-Identify and implement industry technology systems to improve operations
-Implement a disaster recovery plan and proactively identify supply chain risks

Manager Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management (or related field) is a big plus, though not required
-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus in logistics and procurement, though not required
-Demonstrated 1 experience in managing a small logistics team
-Expertise in warehouse procedures in efficiency, effectiveness and safety
-Understanding of global customs, import requirements, rules and regulations
-Ability to manage schedules, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Exceptional analytics and organizational skills and a flexible, problem solving attitude
-Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communications skills
-Strong Microsoft Skills

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
