Summary: Generates and process receiving reports and returns. Communicating with warehouse personnel and customers. Office administration duties including scanning, filing, and shredding. Maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly warehouse reports. Cross-trained to cover shipping clerk responsibilities.

Essential Duties/responsibilities:

• Create ASN's and monitor Purchase Orders for receiving inbound materials.
• Enter RMA's into system and communicate with customer on any issues about returns.
• Office administration: Maintain filing, shredding of outdated documents and maintain office supplies.
• Assists with internet orders. Entering and communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Report: End of Day Status reports. Maintain monthly and quarterly Warehouse reports.
• Backup up for Shipping Clerk during breaks and lunch. Must be cross-trained.
• Able to maintain a neat an organized work area.
• Serve as back up for sales and customer service calls.
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager, as needed.

Requirements:

• Customer Service: 1 year
• Office Administration: 1 year
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am -5pm (OT as needed)
