The Director will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring social-first activations to life and will be the internal champion for social innovation, educating the team on emerging trends and best practices.Applicants for the Director of Social Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or a similar role within a high-volume environment is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, the Director will be expected to lead a team and foster a collaborative, impactful team culture.
