Regional Facility Services is growing and looking for a FT Administrative Professional to help with appointment scheduling, customer follow up, data entry/invoicing and light bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, customer service focused and possess the following skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Organized, detail oriented and efficient
- Punctual and dependable
- Be flexible and willing to wear many "hats"
- Be great on the phone and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus!
