Qualifications :
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, office, or hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a respect for diversity
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred
Responsibilities :
- Flexibility to work at two different office locations (Aiea-Honolulu)
- Ensure accurate patient information and documentation for scheduling, registration, and collections
- Monitor front office for a positive patient experience
- Maintain registration accuracy and provide performance feedback
- Efficiently manage appointments and patient inquiries
- Preserve patient confidentiality and handle complaints
- Handle daily deposits and insurance verification
- Perform additional duties as assigned
