Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 32 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities:

Client is seeking individuals with the defined skills and qualifications to work as a team with other client contracted resources to produce defined deliverables which will aid the agency in guiding the implementation of large changes to facilitate adoption. This role will provide strategic planning to minimize the adverse effects of organizational changes within the agency and with external stakeholders.

Worker is responsible for the following:

  • Evaluate the readiness of the agencys ability to adopt and change by conducting and completing impact analyses and assessments.
  • Design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans for identified projects.
  • Engage and support internal client staff, senior and executive leaders; and external stakeholders to include community and federal partners in defining and implementing roles and responsibilities.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, Training Plan, Resistance Management Plan; and others as identified.
  • Lead communication efforts for identified projects.
  • Track and report on issues and mitigation actions.
  • Define and measure success through metrics.

Strong communication - verbal, written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership.
