Client is seeking individuals with the defined skills and qualifications to work as a team with other client contracted resources to produce defined deliverables which will aid the agency in guiding the implementation of large changes to facilitate adoption. This role will provide strategic planning to minimize the adverse effects of organizational changes within the agency and with external stakeholders.

7 | Required | Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint) |
7 | Required | Strong communication - verbal, written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership. |
7 | Required | Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and team meetings. |
5 | Required | Project management experience for enterprise level Projects |
