Patterson Health Center is Hiring an Information Technology Assistant Near Anthony, KS
- Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc., in accordance with standards and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Provide support to end users and various other sources, investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Take initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow-up regarding service issues with internal and external sources in a timely manner.
- Apply patches, packages and upgrades on a regular basis.
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures; coordinate and communicate with impacted departments.
- Serves in the after hours on-call rotation.
- Associate degree or equivalent Information Technology or equivalent, required.
- 3 years progressive experience in various information systems related functions including but not limited to information server standard administration, computer applications programming and systems experience, required.
- Healthcare of hospital information systems experience preferred
