Westminster Christian Academy is an independent, non-denomination, K3-12 school serving over 900 students in the beautiful heart of Acadiana. Our robust athletic program includes tennis, football, basketball, track, cross country, baseball, golf, volleyball, soccer, and swimming.

This position is considered a key leadership role within the athletic department as well as an ambassador of WCA to the community. As Head Baseball Coach at Westminster Christian Academy, you will have the incredible opportunity of helping students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women. The Head Baseball Coach provides leadership and overall direction of the baseball team including oversight for scheduling, budget, purchasing, marketing, fundraising, and facilities management.

Requirements

The Head Soccer Coach shall reflect the purpose of the school, which is to honor Christ with excellence in every activity. The Head Baseball Coach position requires a background in coaching varsity or college baseball. The Head Baseball Coach will be a part-time employee.

• 3 years experience as a head coach, 10 years coaching experience preferred

• Willingness to develop policies and enhance success for the total program and overall benefit and mission of Westminster Christian Academy
