With a portfolio in excess of $12 billion, they carry decades of experience in real estate investment, finance, development, construction management and asset management.

Responsibilities of the Director of Corporate Finance include but are not limited to:
- Liaison with world-renowned investors to communicate status of investments
- Review and approve monthly reporting package prepared by the 3rd party fund manager
- Review the calculation of the developers carried interest and reconcile to independent calculation
- Develop procedures and models to allocate project costs
- Review contracts and determine revenue recognition methodologies
- Leading anywhere from 30-50 direct and indirect reports
Director of Corporate Finance requirements:
- Advanced skills in fair value and GAAP accounting
- 8 years of Controller experience within the real estate industry required
- Real estate fund experience required
- Tax experience with REIT and K-1 reporting
- S-Corp and LLC knowledge
- Yardi experience required
