Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Commercial Labeling Operations team as a Labeling Designer/Coordinator embedded within our Supply Chain department.
- Design and layout commercial final product labels
- Coordinate review and approval workflows
- Acquire print proofs from print suppliers
- Review and approve print-proofs from print suppliers
- Coordinate test printing of any new components as the need arises
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop labeling text requirements as well as content and branding
- Experience working in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong background with FDA cGXP standards and regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling
- Experience with software; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
- Exposure to document control systems
- Ability to quickly resolve issues and communicate to team members effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external customers
- Experience effectively communicating status of labeling tasks/projects
- Ability to interface with C-level executives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
$35/hr - $40/hr
