Job Duties -
- Image Laptops and Desktops for Technicians to Configure.
- Ship And Track Boxes for Returning Deployment/Return.
- Ship Equipment to Other Sites as Needed.
- Other Tasks as Necessary
Job Requirements -
- Proficiency With ServiceNow Within 30 Days of Start Date.
- Strong Adherence to Established Processes.
- Clearly Document All Actions Taken to Work and Close a Ticket.
- Professional Communications with Both Team Members and End-Users.
- Adhere To Established Ticket SLA
- Adhere To Established Update Frequency.
- Properly And Timely Submit Timesheets Each Week. If working in California Also Submit Written Timesheet Via Proper Form.
