We’re seeking a Production Graphic Designer to produce visually appealing, high-quality work to spec to support the marketing and promotional activities of our internal and external clients, within the designated project timeline and budget, in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready files, optimize graphics for web or mobile platforms, and manage file organization.
• Collaborate with internal team members, and others to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Work closely with graphic designers, print vendors, or digital teams to address production related requirements.
• Ensure designs align with client branding guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.Finalize and prepare designs for production and distribution.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with printing or digital specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before delivery. We are a “measure twice, cut once” agency.
• Address client feedback professionally and make necessary revisions to address requested changes.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and software tools to product high-quality designs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud applications in a Mac environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to use Ironmark resources to their fullest.
• Must be a team player that can effectively collaborate with others to meet objectives.
• Must have the ability and commitment to deliver superior customer service and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Must have ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

At least three – five years of graphic design experience.
