Overview

·OurBrand/Marketing team has ~20 people consisting of two teams. The Brand team isresponsible for brand marketing and sponsorship activations to drive awarenessand affinity. The Residential Marketing team is responsible for marketing toresidential customers. Our Business Marketing team connects with businesscustomers to drive program enrollment.

·These teamshave creatives embedded on the team as well as a small group of creativessitting on our Corporate Creative Services team, in a parallel organizationthat we work closely with. Creatives work closely with their teams and eachother to ensure the work produced is consistent, effective and on-brand. Thecreatives hold weekly creative collaborations to share work and providefeedback for improvement.

·The creativeteam uses Microsoft platforms, primarily Adobe Creative Suite and Workfront tomanage creative projects and manage assets.

·This role wouldwork closely with marketers, strategists, senior designers and producers todevelop assets that align with the brief to deliver on company strategies andengage our audiences.

·Will work dailywith team members and hiring managers. This is a highly communicative andintegrated team and the expectation is that this role will embed within thisintegrated team culture.

Requirements

·Bachelor’sdegree plus 1-3 years of experience as a designer with a background in bothprint and digital, or equivalent combination of education and experience orcommensurate combination of education and experience.

·Fluency ingraphic standards and experience creating and maintaining files for productionready artwork required.

·Thoroughknowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator,Photoshop, XD/Figma).

·BilingualEnglish/Spanish nice to have.
