The Production Designer will work to generate assets across all channels – print, app, web, display, social, and other marketing touchpoints. They refine and finalize work through the final phase of production, including setting up print, premiums and digital projects. In a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment, you must be able to take direction, effectively collaborate with teammates across disciplines to clarify requirements, goals, expectations, and timelines. Organization and multi-tasking abilities as well as excellence in communication are essential for this position.
You will use your keen eye for detail and your technical know how to get the job done.

- Collaborate with and take direction from creative team to produce both print and digital advertising materials and create files ready for final production
- Manipulate and format graphics through Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure all assets are production-ready/digitally optimized to meet all requirements (inclusive of processing and proofing) and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
- Assist in optimization of email messaging, including creating templates and assets compatible with email platform
- Prepare designs and build out production mechanicals for various digital projects (email and website)
- Package and preflight files for release to vendor partners
- Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation
- Create PDFs for review
- Asset management
- Work with Project Management to follow a product workflow and timeline to ensure project deliverables are accurate and being completed on time
- Ensure that highest standards of quality design and client needs for creative deliverables are maintained according to project specifics and client requirements
- Previous experience in creating digital files for print and interactive
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with some type of project management software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail is critical
- Demonstrated prepress knowledge
- Excellent people skills, judgment and diplomacy in working with team members, clients and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized, with demonstrated time management and multitasking skills. You thrive on adhering to due dates
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
