Freese and Nichols is seeking a Support Specialist in our Dallas, TX office. The Support Specialist will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical functions to provide assistance and support to the firm.
Support 2-3 groups/<25 people or manage office <5 people with tasks such as:
* Receiving calls and visitors
* Composing and typing of routine correspondence, including emails and faxes
* Sending and receiving mail
* Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc.
* Printing, binding, delivering of proposals (Regional or National Office)
* Editing PowerPoint presentations
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Proofreading technical reports and documents for grammatical or numerical errors
* Performing minor edits/format fixes of technical specifications and reports
* Inputting timesheet and expense reports
* Assist in special projects as needed
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* 3 years' experience in administrative support role
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic clerical skills including basic computer and keyboarding skills intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency in English spelling and grammar
