Chillermen is Northern California's leading Commercial/Mechanical Contractor. We are currently seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team.
Summary/Objective:
The Compensation and Benefits Analyst I will process weekly payroll using Paylocity and Jonas Construction Software, as well as managing employee benefits. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst I is the in-house HR representative and will work alongside our outside HR consultants on all HR needs/issues.

This position requires the ability to sit and work independently while focusing on detail for extended amounts of time.
This position is a sedentary office position requiring phone usage; typing and extensive data input at a computer keyboard while seated at a desk, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, stoop and bend.
