Role: Procurement Data Analyst Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12 months Pay-rate: $45-54/hour W2 (Depending on experience)

They need a Business Data Analyst to coordinate procurement activities in adherence to client’s policies, collaborating with internal stakeholders. The Business Data Analyst role is key to procurement coordination and knowledge documentation, contract renewals reporting, and conducting data analysis to drive organizational success. The Role

• Coordinate procurement activities adhering to client’s Procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliant and timely acquisition of products and services while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and updates procurement education materials and renewal reports, working with finance, global procurement, and other teams.
• Monitor time-to-completion performance, trends, and mitigate risks to drive the organization's overall success.
• Perform data management, data cleaning, data modeling, and analysis.
• Generate data quality reports used to monitor and remediate data issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Conceptual and analytical thinker with the ability to define business requirements and supporting data extraction, analysis, and synthesis required to create business insights. 
• Experience as a business or data analyst working across business teams to understand workflows and data requirements.
• Experience in procurement/strategic sourcing is preferred
• Experience presenting data and insights to tell a story using data tooling (e.g., Excel/Power Query, Power BI/Tableau) is preferred 
• Must be proactive (biased to action), engaging and be able to work effectively from a home office.
