Action Behavior Centers is Hiring a Procurement Analyst Near Austin, TX

Action Behavior Centers – Procurement Analyst

Our Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing our third party purchasing platform, analysis with various HQ orders and will oversee various purchasing projects and vendor analysis to aid with vendor negotiations. This role will report directly to the Procurement Manager. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can monitor inventory, source and order cost effective supplies as assigned and build processes from the ground up. The right fit is someone who is willing to grow with ABC as well as quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. 

Responsibilities

  • Estimate and establish budgets/parameters for various procurement orders

  • Oversee procurement of select recurring and non recurring items across multiple departments

  • Conduct pricing analysis, inventory forecast and negotiations management etc on a monthly and/or quarterly basis

  • Identify time and cost effective procurement ordering strategies including but not limited to vendor pricing analysis and bulk order strategies 

  • Lead the procurement platform administration (i.e budget updates, location adds, item coding, etc.)

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • 5 years experience working in a professional environment required

  • Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Highly detail oriented, analytical, perceptive, and adaptable 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills - follow through

  • Executes at a high level and proven to work successfully with minimal supervision

  • Exhibits tenacity in exceeding goals and proactively looks for opportunities for improvement

  • Interpersonally smart and operates with a high degree of professionalism

  • Willingly assists others by forming strong working relationships and helping where needed

Compensation

  • $75,000 base salary and annual bonus based upon company results
