Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida we offer Counter Service, Mobile Hose Repair, and state of the art OEM Centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Due to current, as well as projected growth, HosePower is seeking an IT Client Support Specialist. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible to provide quality IT support to teammates at Bridgestone HosePower and ensure the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, both in person at the corporate office and via phone/web across the enterprise.

As An IT Client Support Specialist You Will:

• Provide hardware/software technical support over the phone.
• Work in person to troubleshoot, upgrade teammates equipment.
• Track and reports the inventory of IT assets.
• Research IT issues and solutions.
• Follow up with teammates after services are performed.
• Advise management of items needed to be ordered.
• Keep up to date with applications, trends and trainings in IT industry.
• Set up new user accounts and workstations
• Assist teammates with other duties as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Associates Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
• CompTIA A , Network Certification or equivalent training.
• 2-5 years of IT service desk support and/or network technician.
• Expert knowledge of repair and troubleshooting for computer and IT equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with teammates in person and over the phone.
• Willingness to help others.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent listening skills and demonstrate patience.
• Efficiently learn new skills and effectively implement.
