As our Marketing and Social Media Specialist you will work with our Marketing and ECommerce Manager to create engaging content through social media outlets which encourages interaction from existing and future MAWBY and bigLITTLE fans. We would like someone that can be on-sight regularly to capture content and collaborate with our team. We are open to flexible scheduling and creative ways to get high quality social media content.

Position Description:

MAWBY Sparkling Wine is hiring an ongoing content creator to help us grow and expand our digital reach. Our goal is to continue to grow, influence and encourage our fans to visit and purchase MAWBY and bigLITTLE wines by connecting with our brand on social media and driving them down the conversion tunnel. As the Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will support us in reaching those goals.

We are seeking someone that is creative and up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively, through both pictures and words.

Position Goals:

• Create original content (photos and videos) on existing platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Expand our reach and brand awareness on new platforms (TikTok, Youtube)
• Manage our company’s digital image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals
• Meet metrics as laid out by the Marketing Manager and Ownership

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the business goals, and sales/marketing initiatives
• Set specific objective Key Performance Indicators and report on Return On Investment
• Monitor campaigns and analyze data
• Collaborate with Direct To Consumer managers to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Linktree, avatars, etc)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Submission Requirements:

• Strong background in social media marketing, relationship management, and social media management
• Examples of successful campaign
• Examples of video/photography ( original)
• Three references

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
