Larson Orthodontics is Hiring an Orthodontic Receptionist Near Mountain View, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, organized and highly motivated front desk receptionist to join our fun growing team. We are an orthodontic practice in the process of rebranding so you will have an opportunity to bring your ideas and expertise. No prior dental experience required.

Duties:

- Welcome new patients to the practice.

- Take patient's records (photos, scans). *Our team will provide you with the right training.

- Explain treatment plan to patients, educate patients on treatment procedures, costs, and payment options

- Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about treatment options

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Skills:

- Experience in sales preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service principles

We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates. Full-time position comes with paid holidays, PTO and sick leave. No weekends. Maximum 32 hours per week. Pay is based on experience.
