Responsibilities
- Coordinate proper training of subordinates and assist in assiging work for an efficient and effective work flow.
- Complete any tickets submitted for setup for new team members on the floor.
Qualifications
- Ability to supervise in a production environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure in order to make sound business decisions in a high-paced environment.
- Requires problem solving and listening skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions standarddization exists.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
