Position Summary
The selected candidate will support the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) at Ft. Bliss, Texas. This is a surge position in support of military testing data collection operations. The Computer Operator III will process a range of scheduled routines in addition to operating the system and resolving common error conditions.
What Youll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnoses and acts on machine stoppage and error conditions not fully covered by existing procedures and guidelines (e.g., resetting switches and other controls or making mechanical adjustments to maintain or restore equipment operations).
- Refers problems which do not respond to corrective procedures to a person of supervisory or higher individual contributor level.
- Oversees Computer Operator I-II work
Requirements and Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Two years experience gathering test data on systems under test within any domain and environment.
- Must be a US Citizenship and have an Active Secret Clearance
- Travel may be required
