Monday-Friday, 7:30 am- 4:30 pm.

Description:
Manages individual and group provider relationships in network for provider recruitment, standard contracting, onboarding, claims training, and resolution of providers issues. Including those related to claims payment, quality and performance initiatives, improved access, and controlling unnecessary costs. Ensures the contract and Federal regulatory compliance requirements are met by continuously developing new provider relationships and while strengthening existing relationships. Supports the implementation of business changes to simplify operations and improve all provider business experiences.
Occasional on-site provider office visits to resolve servicing issues, gather provider market intelligence, contract related concerns and provide education to ensure and strengthen relations with providers. Position is eligible for priority parking. Requires to safely operate an insured automobile for work travel to conduct and accomplish business related activities at off-site locations on Oahu.
* Must have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle with up to date car registration and no fault car insurance coverage. *

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Driving is required 1-2 days/week; car mileage will be reimbursed for the work travel.
A qualified candidate must have excellent communication and soft skills, ability to resolve issues and build interpersonal relationships.
** This representative will be joining a great team of 6: 1 department manager, 1 team supervisor, 1 lead specialist , and 3 specialists.
There is training of company operations and landscape and the initial 3-4 months will be to fully support and prepare representative. He/she will be partnered with a fellow representative to shadow on provider office visits.
