Overview:

AVIE! Medspa & Laser Center is seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:

- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service quality
- Maintain organizational standards by overseeing daily operations
- Manage retail sales, including inventory management, merchandising, and ordering
- Lead sales initiatives by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies
- Supervise employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily sales
- Monitor and manage sales, performing sales functions such as lead management and follow-up

- Provide exceptional leadership and quality experience for clients and employees alike
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training programs

- Work closely with ownership to ensure the practice is functioning efficiently and client satisfaction is a top priority for everyone

- Other duties as required to support ownership, team, and to achieve the goals of the practice.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in training development and organizational skills
- Previous experience in retail management, retail sales, or sales management preferred

- Medical aesthetics experience preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining financial records
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the overall guest experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
