Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure proper employee orientation and training to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Create and maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers
- Manage the the office budget and financial performance
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of wireless sales systems is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts
- Proficient in time management techniques to meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for financial management tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
