After-School All-Stars (ASAS) Tampa Bay is seeking an energetic team leader, experienced in education, youth programs, or afterschool/camp programs, who is passionate about providing opportunities and services to under-resourced youth. The Site Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for the daily operations of a 3rd-12th grade ASAS Tampa Bay program site in Hillsborough County.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing part-time staff
• Collaborating with their assigned school and implementing daily activities at a school-based program
• Ensuring proper staff and supervision practices are in place
• Coaching staff as needed to improve youth supervision
• Coordinating daily attendance
• Managing program flow and structure
• Maintaining professional and positive relationships with school staff, students, and parents
• Ensuring that grant-funded programs meet all objectives
• Site location may vary based on programming needs
• Some travel to Tampa required for meetings

Experience and Education

• 1 year of supervising experience and
• 3 or more years of youth development or youth teaching experience
• Familiar with developmental needs of children and teens and have a passion for working with under-served teens
• A Bachelor Degree is required
• Must be age 18 or older
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
