Job Description
Position Overview
Searching for accounting department office assistant that possesses outstanding customer service skills, is self-motivated, and works well in a team environment. Those with prior experience with billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or with our software (Quickbooks and Fishbowl) preferred. However, experience is not required.
Hours to Work
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Position is in office.
Salary/Benefits
Hourly pay $17 to $19 per hour based on experience. Scheduled 40 hours per week. Insurance coverage is provided including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Exceptional sick and vacation time given within first 6 months of employment.

Position Responsibilities
- Resolving customer inquiries through phone or email
- Processing customer payments
- Processing customer billings
- Entering bills
- Calling customers that have past-due invoices
- Performing office and clerical duties
- Processing orders from customers via phone
