About The Role

As the Strategic Partnerships Director, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding Highspot’s strategic partnerships, particularly with Microsoft. This is a highly strategic position focused on leading and executing initiatives in co-selling, co-marketing, and product integration. You will be instrumental in developing joint go-to-market strategies, boosting qualified pipeline growth, and surpassing booking targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive strategic plans with select partners to drive business objectives.
  • Goal Achievement: Drive the execution of strategies to meet or exceed annual and quarterly goals.
  • Program Development: Create and scale revenue-generating programs with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Highspot’s sales, partner revenue, and marketing teams.
  • Collaboration and Enablement: Work closely with the marketing and enablement teams to educate and equip the Highspot field team on joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Your Background
  • Experience: At least 15 years in business development, strategic alliances, or product management, with a proven track record in similar roles.
  • Strategic Acumen: Adept at quickly understanding complex issues and making informed decisions; capable of operating both independently and as part of a team.
  • Influential Communication: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical Skills: Deep curiosity and excellent listening skills, coupled with a strong ability to execute in a collaborative team environment.
  • Mission-Driven: A robust passion for Highspot’s mission, with a strong commitment to the success of our customers, partners, and community.

Base salary range: $144,900 - $217,700 On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $207,000 - $311,000, 70.00% base/30.00% variable target OTE split. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
