- Lead the development and execution of the application strategy across all Reiser entities, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies.
- Working with the Leader of IT Operations, identify opportunities for technological innovation and transformation within the enterprise.
- Manage a collaborative business and technology engagement model, advocating for technology-driven efficiencies and quality improvements.
- Develop and maintain an application roadmap, considering IT strategy, business requirements, and budgetary constraints.
- Partner with organizational stakeholders to align and prioritize business application and intelligence initiatives.
- Provide leadership guidance and direct supervision to Business Systems Analyst.
- Act as a thought leader, and partner to the CFO, contributing to the application and business intelligence technology strategy.
- Establish and manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure value delivery.
- Represent Reiser as a thought leader at industry conferences and webinars.
- Strategic planning and execution of application technology strategies.
- Leadership in technology initiatives and change management.
- Deep understanding of business processes and technology needs alignment.
- Expertise in data privacy compliance and IT security processes.
- Proficiency in managing data warehouses and vendor relationships.
- Experience with agile methodologies and creating working demos or mock-ups.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a leadership role overseeing applications/technology.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Selling and Distribution Industry, or similar industries.
- Experience in the Food industry is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics, Document Management Systems, preferably ELO and ERP Systems, preferably Prelude.
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and pivot quickly in a changing environment.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, fostering respect and trust.

- Ability to lift and/or carry light weight (under 30-pounds).
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and reach for long periods.
