True Residential A luxury refrigeration brand with commercial DNA is seeking a full-time showroom specialist at the True Residential Design Center in the Architects & Designers Building in NYC. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day showroom support while also having the opportunity to work closely with management and sales/marketing teams to create a World Class experience with the True Residential brand.

• Support opening/closing of showroom in conjunction with showroom
• Greet and attend to guests and provide key product information to educate homeowners and trade on the unique features and benefits of True Residential.
• Develop an understanding of True products and have the ability to present to different audience types, including future training for dealer sales people and trade members.
• Assist consumers and/or trade professionals with answering questions and supplying information for their project, as requested.
• Work with showroom manager to plan and execute showroom events, including list development, vendor coordination, budget tracking and overall support.
• Maintain shared calendar for appointments and coordinate with showroom manager or sales territory managers.
• Work with showroom manager and marketing team to support the overall look and brand experience in the Showroom, including product staging as well as sample and literature
• Collaborate with marketing team to input, track and manage showroom leads in Salesforce in a consistent and detailed manner.
• Assist the local market representatives in sales support efforts within the architect and design community as needed.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail or showroom environment required.
• Experience in commercial/residential interior design industry or luxury sales a plus.
• Hospitality experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office programs, Salesforce or similar CRM, Adobe Suite considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail and task oriented.
