Mobility City of Northwest Arkansas is Hiring a Showroom Specialist Near Rogers, AR

MOBILITY CITY of Northwest Arkansas is looking for a compassionate and ambitious Showroom Specialist to engage and assist our customers at our first Arkansas location. Mobility City is the fastest growing franchise in the medical mobility products space, serving individuals with Mobility needs for Service, Rentals and Sales. Mobility City of Northwest Arkansas is a family owned and managed franchise based in Springfield,MO with the franchise Corporate Headquarters based in Boca Raton, FL. Our first store in Springfield is the #1 store in sales volume in the system of over 40 open stores, and we want to prepare our outstanding Showroom Specialist for growth in our organization by making NWA the #1 in our system as well. Mobility City’s across the country host a showroom full of Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, Power Chairs, Power Lift Recliners and much more. We also sell and install Modular Ramp Systems, Stairlifts, Hitch Lifts and more. We offer mobile service and plan to have 3 full time service technicians within a year that will drive our branded vans to service mobility equipment across a nearly 100-mile radius across Northwest Arkansas which will cover some of Eastern Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. We handle service for many National Accounts across the country that will utilize our services.

Our perfect Showroom Specialist will be, first and foremost, compassionate, and self-driven with at least 2 years of customer service experience. We get to help people every day and that is our underlying driving factor and the basis of our company culture. This position may require assisting our technicians and must be able to lift 100lbs when needed as our incoming shipments consist of some heavy items. Mobility City of Springfield will provide ample training for all of our staff, lead by the “super awesome” ownership team and Field Service Technician staff. Heavy travel (expenses paid) to Springfield, MO for training will be a requirement in the first month as we plan to have our NWA location open by July 1st. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been working in the customer service industry.

Our stores run normal hours from 9am-5pm M-F and 9am-1pm on Saturdays so some Saturdays may be required.

DUTIES:

  • Customer Engagement and Assistance:
  • Greet and welcome customers upon entry.
  • Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs.
  • Assist customers in trying out different products.
  • Provide demonstrations of various mobility products.
  • Product Knowledge and Recommendation:
  • Explain the features and benefits of different mobility products.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and/or items.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, warranties and pricing.
  • Sales Transactions:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information on financing if available.
  • Handle cash, credit card and other payment methods securely.
  • Showroom Management:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
  • Arrange products for effective display and accessibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns and/or complaints and issues with empathy and problem solving.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding customer needs and product availability.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods or with complex customer requests.
  • Training and Development:
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve overall team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in customer service.

- Ability to assist Field Service Technicians so being handy and able to lift 100 lbs to help

in deliveries and assist with outbound deliveries is a must.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
