We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our construction team as a Flagging Personnel. As a Construction Flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of both workers and the public at our construction sites.

1. Direct traffic safely around the construction site, following established protocols and signaling procedures.
2. Communicate effectively with construction crew members and equipment operators to coordinate traffic flow.
3. Set up and maintain traffic control devices, such as signs, cones, and barricades, in accordance with safety regulations.
4. Monitor construction equipment movement and pedestrian traffic to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations.
5. Remain vigilant for any hazards or potential dangers, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
6. Assist with general labor duties and site cleanup as needed.
