Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Flagger to join our team. As a Flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction workers and the public in work zones.

Duties:
- Direct traffic safely through construction sites following established safety procedures
- Set up and maintain work zones, including setting up signs, cones, and barricades
- Communicate effectively with equipment operators and other team members to coordinate traffic flow
- Monitor traffic flow

Requirements:
- Experience in flagging or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic construction safety guidelines
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as Caterpillar, bulldozers, dump trucks, loaders, utility locating, backhoe operation, and front loader trucks is a plus
