LaborMax Staffing is the leader in Construction Flagging in the state of Virginia. We value our Field Team Members, and pay a higher pay rate than other agencies. We seek high energy, dedicated team members. Previous experience as a Construction Flagger is preferred but not required. Having a VDOT Intermediate Flagging card is a PLUS! As a Construction Flagger you need the ability to stand in place for hours at a time. Using a stop/go paddle, you will help direct traffic in construction/paving zones. Immediate openings are available. Call our office today to schedule a time to get certified as a Construction Flagger. All PPE is provided for the position. Must be able to travel overnight with company, Hotel and per diem paid.
