Print Service Delivery Specialist Responsibilities :

• Provide print solutions for clients.
• Provide Run the Business support for Managed Print Services
• Provide approval for new / move printer request via ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Manage Print functional mailbox.
• Work with other service providers to deliver services to the clients.
• Manage metrics, reporting, documentation, training, and delivery of print services.
• Manage life cycle of devices, communications for the changing environments and back-up to the Service Lead
• Manage and maintain technical and support documentation for print fleet.
• Responsible for development, creation, and publication of print metrics
• Work with site project teams to design solutions for print support needs.
• Monitor / manage print incident management process in ServiceNow application
