Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print specialist to join our team. As a Print specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain printing equipment such as Heat presses, Digital Print machines, and Embroidery Equipment

- Set up and adjust machines for each print job, ensuring accurate color reproduction and print quality

- Prepare and load materials onto machines, such as pretreat, paper, ink, and files

- Monitor the printing process to ensure proper ink coverage, registration, and overall print quality

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

- Collaborate with graphic designers and layout artists to ensure accurate reproduction of designs

- Assist with layout design using Adobe Creative Suite software

- Utilize knowledge of typography and graphic design principles to enhance print quality

Ideal Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating printing equipment is preferred but NOT necessary

- Familiarity in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

- Knowledge of digital printing processes and techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing equipment
